When requested by the Employer, Houser AG shall prepare the budgetary cost estimates and feasibility studies. The scope of such activities includes analyses of prospective client’s requirements, preliminary design solutions and initial negotiations on construction work schedules. In addition, on behalf of the Employer, our company may enter into negotiations with financial institutions, public authorities, companies and individuals, as potential investors, cooperators or buyers.
